The Bomas of Kenya offers a unique cultural experiences, where you can experience the best of Kenyan cultures in one location. Traditional song and dance events are held at the Bomas of Kenya auditorium, where the different Kenyan communities are represented through enchanting dances. One perfoming group after the other take their position on stage, giving you the opportunity to see and experience the cultural traditions of Kenya’s different commuities in one location.
The perfomances are usually held in the afternoon, starting 2:30-4:00pm on Weekdays and 3:30-5:15pm on Weekends and Public Holidays. The taditional villages are also open to the public and the best time to visit is 10am to 6pm.
You have the opportunity to buy your ticket before making your way into the auditorium. The events are usually packaged to capacity and coming a few minutes earlier will ensure you can secure a place in the event.

The visit to Bomas of Kenya will last for two hours. Pick up from your Nairobi hotel and head to the Bomas of Kenya.
